Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • TOPPING
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup diced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

in large bowl mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
cube the potatoes and add to bowl
coat a 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray
add potatoes allow for excess sauce in the bowl
bake the potatoes for 45 minutes
stir every 15 minutes
cube the chicken and add it to the bowl with left over sauce
mix together cheese, bacon, and green onions in small separate bowl
once potatoes are done, add uncooked marinated chicken
add toppings over chicken
bake 15 minutes or until chicken is done
