Ingredients
- 2 Acorn squash
- Brown Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds.
Add cut side down to a pan with 1/4" HOT water. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. While hot, season to taste with salt, pepper, butter, and brown sugar.
