  • 6 pounds ground Pork
  • 1 TBs salt 2TBs Fennel
  • 1 TBS sage 1TBs rosemary
  • 4 TBs thyme 1TBs onion powder
  • 4 TBs nutmeg 4TBS brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs black pepper 1TBS crushed red pepper

Step 1

you can use all spices listed or combine just a few. for example:
rosemary, sage, thyme, salt and pepper for a traditional flavor or
omit salt and pepper and add nutmeg and brown sugar for a sweeter flavor.



combine the spices of your choice in an 8oz jar put lid on jar and shake to mix spices. set on counter for 30 minutes to let spices settle.
mix thoroughly into ground pork form into patties. they freeze well ready to use.
