festive shrimp salad

  • 1/2 bottle italian dressing
  • 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 lb. frozen cooked medium shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 (48 oz.) bag mixed salad greens
  • 2 large tomatoes cut into wedges


Servings 6


Step 1

Combine italian dressing,parsley,oregano,shrimp and corn in a large skillet;cook over medium heat just until shrimp are heated through.(Do not overcook.) Let cool. Place salad greens in large bowl;add cooled shrimp mixture and top with tomato wedges.
