Ingredients
- 2 c blueberries
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with 1/2 the juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350
Line a 6x11 inch pan with parchment paper. Spray with Pam.
Dump the berries at the bottom of the pan. Pour the pineapple and juice over the berries. Pour the dry cake mix over the fruit. Spreak the cake mix evenly over the fruit. Sprinkle with the nuts. Slice the butter into pats and cover the entire top of the cake.
Bake for 1 hour our until tester is clean.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
