Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 box or bag rotini (colored or plain)
- 1 pkg pre cut slaw mix
- 1 sm onion, diced
- 1-2 t dill weed or seed
- Dressing:
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup vinegar (white or cider)
- 2 TB prepared mustard
- 2 Cup (16 oz) mayo
- Dill weed or seed to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rotini according to package directions; rinse & drain.
In large bowl, combine pasta with remaining salad ingreadients (slaw mix thru 1-2 t dill); set aside.
Dissolve sugar into vinegar, add mustard, mayo & dill. Stir until blended & smooth. Pour over pasta/slaw mix.
Cover & chill for at least 24 hours to blend.
Toss before serving.
