Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 c water
- 3/4 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 in pieces
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot over med heat, combine potatoes, onion, celery, beef broth, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, 15 min. Stir in sausage and condensed soup and continue to simmer until heated through and slightly thickened. Season with pepper.
