Peach Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box classic yellow cake mix
• eggs, butter, and water according to box mix
• 1 small box vanilla pudding
• 1 bag frozen peaches
• 1 T sugar
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1/4 t nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Line a9x13 pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam.

Mix the cake according to box directions. Add the box of pudding to the cake batter and mix well.

In a bowl mix the peaches with the sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg. Line the bottom of the pan with the peaches. Cover the peaches with the cake mix.

Bake according to the directions on the box.
