Hawaiian Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c veg oil
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges with the juice
  • 1 c sweetened coconut
  • Frosting
  • 1 (8oz) container cool whip
  • 1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple including juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Then spray with Pam.

Mix together the cake mix, 4 eggs, 1 c oil and mandarins. Mix until well blended.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 30-35 min or until tester is clean. Cool the cake on a rack.

For frosting combine the incredients and mix well. Frost the cake after it is completely cooled. Carnish with coconut. Wrap the cake and refrigerate for at least one hour.
