Ingredients
- Proud Member of:
- 8 8 8 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 1 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 2 2 cups leftover turkey (or chicken)
- 3 3 3 green onions, sliced
- Dressing
- 1 1 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 1 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 2 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
- to & pepper to taste
- Toppings
- 6 6 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 2 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Instructions

- 1 1.Place 9x13 the lettuce in 9x13 dish. Layer remaining vegetables.
- 2 2.Combine 2.Combine dressing ingredients and spread over lettuce. Top with cheese and bacon.
- 3 3.Cover 4 and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) before serving.

- 7 my gosh I love that there’s bacon on top! Love the flavors here, I’ve only seen Mexican and Greek versions of 7 layer dips. Fun idea!
