Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter or oil, fresh or left over from frying chicken
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 –1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
