Ingredients
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup prickly pear syrup
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 jalapeno, finely diced
- 6 basil leaves, finely julienned
Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
