Ginger Garlic Pork Chops

A tasty pork dinner. I recommend using your favorite cooking oil other than a cooking spray. The brown sugar reacts kindlier oil than the spray.

Ginger Garlic Pork Chops

    4oz Pork Loins boneless

  • 2

    T Brown Sugar

  • 2

    t Paprika ( used hot Hungarian because that's how I roll)

  • 2

    t Coriander ground

  • ½

    t Crushed Red Pepper

  • 1

    T Ginger minced

  • 2

    t Garlic cloves minced

  • Green Onion for garnish ( optional)

  • S&P to taste


Lightly score a diamond pattern on both sides of pork. Combine the rest of the ingredient's, except green onion, into a small bowl and mix. Rub evenly over pork. Heat a large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add oil. Add pork. Cook on each side until done. About 5 mins each side. Garnish with green onion.
