Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Morton’s Season salt
  • red pepper
  • garlic
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter 1 chopped onion
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 pound shrimp 1 pound crabmeat
  • 6 teaspoons bacon bits garlic, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Season Meat with season salt, red pepper and garlic, to taste.
Melt 1 stick butter in skillet; add chopped onion and chopped mushrooms and saute
for a few minutes then stir in the shrimp and crabmeat. Add Worcestershire sauce and juice from lemon and slowly add the whipping cream. Simmer for about 2 or 3 minutes then pour over the meat and cook in a preheated oven at 425 for about 45 minutes for medium rare. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
(Remember it will continue to cook while resting after it comes out of the oven)
