Tortoni Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla Wafers
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons almond extract
  • 1/2 half gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 jar hot fudge topping

Preparation

Step 1

Grind a box of vanilla wafers and butter in food processor.
Mix in almond extract. Mix well
Take 1/3 of the mixture and put on the bottom of a spring form pan.
Spread 1/3 of the ice cream over the crust.
Spread 1/3 of the hot fudge sauce over the ice cream.
Continue layering ending with cookie crumbs.
Freeze until served.
