Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. each: allspice, ground ginger, salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 to 21/2 pounds pork tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and spray shallow dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Pat pork dry with paper towel and coat on all sides with mixture, patting excess on top. Place in dish and cook about 30-40 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 150F
