Tarragon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 2 T fresh parsley chopped fine
  • 2 T fresh chives snipped
  • 1 t dried tarragon
  • 1/4 t ground black pepper
  • crackers

Preparation

Step 1

blend cottage cheese spices and top with black pepper. Serve with crackers.
Can also serve with cucumber slices.
