Carnation Famous Fudge

Ingredients

  • 11/2 Cups Granulated sugar
  • 2/3 Cups (5floz can) Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tlb butter or margarine
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Miniature marshmallows
  • 11/2 Cups (9oz) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8inch square baking pan w/foil.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy duty saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4-5min. Remove from heat.

Stir in marshmellows, morsels, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1min or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerated for 2hrs or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces.
