Ingredients
- 4 Broccoli
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 T. rice vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
- Wash and chop broccoli into bit size portions.
- Cook bacon – don’t burn, but make crisp. Chop or crush into small pieces.
- Boil large pot of water and add chopped broccoli quicly drain right after submerging all of it. Cool with cold water and gat dry with paper towels.
- Mix Together: 1 chopped onion, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 cup mayo, 2 T. rice vinegar, 1 cup sunflower seeds.
- Add broccoli and crushed bacon to dressing mixture. Refrigerate.
Note: Tastes better if made the night before.
