Ingredients
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buttere
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Let stand at room temp then cream:
32oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter.
Add:
16oz sour cream, 1 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 1/4 cup sugar.
Whip until smooth then Add:
5 eggs one at a time
Pour into a lightly buttered 10" springform pan. Sit sprinform pan in pan of water, about 1/4 full and bake until golden brown at 350 for 45-60 min. Turn oven off, open oven door and let sit for 1 hour. Take out of oven and let sit for 2 hours. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
