Ingredients
- CRUMBLE:
- 1 3/4 lb figs (fresh or frozen),
- 2 oranges, zested
- 2 ActiFry spoons fructose
- 1/4 cup oz rolled oats,
- 1/4 cup butter,
- 1/4 cup flour,
- 1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Use your hands to kneed the crumble dough ingredients together until smooth. Make large lumps of this dough and put them in the ActiFry pan. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Set aside. Replace with the frozen figs and cook for 10 minutes.
Zest the oranges, then peel and separate into wedges. Add the fructose, the orange wedges and the zest to the figs and cook for another 5 minutes.
