Peach Soup with Fresh Mint and Grenadine

Ingredients

  • 8 white peaches,
  • 2/3 cup orange flower water,
  • 1/3 cup grenadine,
  • 1 ActiFry spoon olive oil,
  • 1/2 ActiFry spoon (scant) ras el hanout or ground cumin,
  • A few fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Dip the peaches for 20 seconds into boiling water and then cool them immediately under cold water. Peel, drain and cut them into wedges.

Pour the orange flower water into the ActiFry, along with the grenadine, the olive oil and the ras el hanout or ground cumin.

Add the peach wedges and cook for 15 minutes. Allow to cook and serve in small dishes.
