Ingredients
- 3 large boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth (use the soup can to measure the broth)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 frozen pie crusts, thawed and cut into 1" strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Step 1
Cook chicken breasts, cool, and chop. In a mixing bowl, stir together soup, broth, salt, and pepper. Stir in chicken and combine well. Lightly spray a 9x9" pan. Spoon half of the chicken mixture into the bottom and spread around. Cover mixture with a layer of the pie crust strips. Dot with 1 Tbsp. of butter and place into a 400 oven for 25 minutes. Remove and spread the remaining chicken mixture over the top. Place remaining strips on top and dot with 1 Tbsp. butter. Return to the oven for an additional 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let
sit for 5 minutes.
