Ingredients
- 4 baby bok choi, halved or quartered
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Stir fry onion, garlic and ginger in a wok coated with cooking spray for 8-10 minutes or until onion is browning and soft.
Add bok choi and a sprinkle of water and cover wok, cooking 2-3 minutes and stirring occasionally until bok choi begins to soften. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a dash of soy sauce.
