Ingredients
- 5 matzoh
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- coarse salt
- 2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips for drizzle
- 2 cups chopped nuts(almonds or pecans)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Line a sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly. Arrange matzoh in a single layer covering the bottom of the pan.
Place butter brown sugar and salt in a small suacepan over medium heat and cook until butter melts. Increase heat to high and bring to boil. Boil 3 minutes.
Pour mixture over matzoh spreading evenly with a spatuala. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and when melted spread evenly. Sprinkle nuts over chocolate. Place in frige to cool. Break into chunks and store in a tightly covered container at room temperature.
