Potatoes with Mustard Grain

A good recipe that come from cold places

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs potatoes
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1/2 cup single cream
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard.

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/3" slices, then cook them in the ActiFry fryer.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the salt & pepper then cover them with the cream/mustard mixture.


*Chef Recommendations:*
Before serving, why not sprinkle over a tbsp of breadcrumbs or chopped chives? Additionally, you may like to replace the mustard with curry.
