Ingredients
- 3/4 lb minced pork
- 1 carrot
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 a white onion
- 10 1/2 oz peeled tomatoes, blended
- 1 tablepoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fine salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil for 3 minutes
Add the vegetables cut into cubes, add the minced pork and brown for approximately 10 minutes.
Add the blended peeled tomatoes, add salt and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Serve to taste.
