Ingredients
- 6 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 sm. red chili, thinly sliced
- 1 in. piece of ginger, thinly sliced
- 1/2 sm. head cabbage, chopped
- 12 oz. frozen veggie pot stickers
- 1 c. snow peas, thawed
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- scallions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Place broth, chili and ginger in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Add cabbage and pot stickers. Return to a boil.
Add peas until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce and vinegar.
Top with scallions.
