Swordfish and Basil Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb swordfish,
  • 2 slices white bread,
  • 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil,
  • Salt,
  • White pepper,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/2 cup plain flour,
  • 1 1/2 ActiFry spoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bread in cream.
Flake the swordfish; add the oil, salt, white pepper and bread.

Knead the ingredients together, add the chopped basil, and form croquettes, each about 2 oz each. Coat each lightly with flour.

Pour the oil in the ActiFry and heat for 3 minutes, then add the croquettes and cook for about 12 minutes.
