Beef Brisket

Ingredients

• Brisket, seared 1-cup beef bouillon
• 1 onion, chopped 1-cup coke 1-cup catsup 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place in cooking bag and bake for 1 hour @ 350. Remove from oven.
Add coke, catsup, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Pour over meat and return to oven for 2 more hours. Remove from bag placing on a platter. Slice diagonally.
