Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cups mini marshmallows (or approximately 40 large marshmallows)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups rice krispies
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Add marshmallows, continue melting. Remove from heat when mix is smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in cereal and mix well. Press into pan and refrigerate.
For a little something different try topping with peanut butter and or melted chocolate.
Note: 5 large marshmallows = ½ cup miniature marshmallows
