Ingredients

    cup dark brown sugar - (packed)

  • ½

    cup walnuts toasted

  • ½

    cup unsalted butter - (1 stick) chilled, and cut into ½" pieces

  • ¼

    teaspoon salt

Directions

Using on/off turns, blend all ingredients in processor until coarse crumbs form. This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
