Ingredients
- 2 LB bag hash browns
- 500 Grams (2 cups) sour cream
- 1 cup onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 LB sharp cheddar, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of above and place in greased 9x12 pan.
Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 cups corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
Cook covered 350F for 1 hour.
Brown - cover off for 10 minutes
