Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20 chicken wings (2 packages)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 / 2 cup hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Place the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt into a baggie. Shake to mix. Add the chicken wings. Toss until well coasted with flour mixture. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet and place in the refrigerator. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk together the melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl. Dip the wings into the butter mixture and place bak on the baking sheet. Bake until the chicken is no longer pink and crispy on the outside. About 45 minutes. Turn the wings halfway during the cooking.
