Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 2/3 cup warm water
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- Pizza toppings of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dough ingredients inside a skillet that is wide and tall, 3 or 4 inches. After mixing the dough add your toppings, spread evenly over the dough. Next put a lid on the pan, un-vented, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn or fix the lid so that it vents or is closed, for 10 minutes.
The pan used in the demonstration was very unique, I don't know what the material was!
