Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • salt
  • freshly ground black peppeer
  • 8-10 gold potatoes, cut into 1/16 inch slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray butter in muffin tins.
Peel and slice (on mandoline) potatoes.
Melt butter.
Place potatoes in large bowl and pour melted butter over them. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, a few pinches of salt and pepper and mix with your hands until well-coated.
Stack potatoes and put them in muffin tins.
Bake for 55 - 60 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers are tender.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove from muffin tins and sprinkle with additional parmesan and thyme.
