Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. confectioners' sugar
  • 3-4 Tbs.(to desired consistency) Tequila
  • pinch salt (optional)
  • few drops red food coloring to achieve desired color

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until well blended.
Add confectioners' sugar, Tequila, salt, and food coloring. Beat until creamy. Pipe onto cooled brownies or cupcakes.

For fun, brownies and be cut into circles, hearts or other shapes using deep cookie cutters.
