ActiFry Veal with Honey and Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/3 lb veal tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 glass diced pineapple
  • 2 ActiFry spoons pecans
  • 2 ActiFry spoons liquid honey
  • 1 ActiFry spoon cornflour
  • 2 ActiFry spoons reduced-salt soya sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put the oil and sliced onion in the ActiFry and cook for 5 minutes. Add the veal and the pineapple and cook another 5 minutes.

Add the honey, pecans and cornflour mixed with the soya sauce. Season with sald and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. The sauce should thicken and the dish should become a shiny golden brown.

Use the ActiFry spoon to divide the preparation into small, round plastic individual serving dishes and serve with a small fork.
