Ingredients
- frozen fluff pastry, thawed in refrigerator
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 2 tbs ricotta cheese, room temp
- 2 egg , separated
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1
Roll out dough into 10x10 square, cut into 4 pieces.
Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, sugar, ricotta cheese, vanilla and pinch of salt. Add optional lemon zest.
Put 1 tbs filling on center of dough. Fold over 2 opposite sides, using egg white wash to seal.
Put onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnite.
Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
