Sausage and Mushroom Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs canola oil
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 loaf french bread, cut into little chunks

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms in oil, add sausage to brown.

Whisk together eggs, milk, seasoning, salt and pepper. Add bread chunks. Cover and refrigerate to soak (1/2 hour)

Spray muffin tins with pam

Add meat to bread mixture and mix together. Fill muffin tins with mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees 39 to 35 minutes.
