Ingredients
- 14 oz seasoned turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 12 oz sugar pumpkin, cut into small cubes
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 6 tbsp cranberry jelly
- 1 1/4 cup veal stock (or gravy base)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in the ActiFry. Add the onions and the seasoned turkey pieces, leave to color for 5 min.
Add the maple syrup and leave it to caramelize. Add the pumpkin and the nutmeg. Cook for 2 min. Add the veal stock and herbs, cook for 15 min
Thicken the sauce with the cranberry jelly, leave to cook for 2 minutes and serve.
*Chef Recommendations:*
You can, if you like, replace the maple syrup with brown sugar.
