Coconut Iced Cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • Powedered sugar
  • milk
  • 1 can moist cocoanut

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake in 350 oven.

Mix enough powdered sugar with enough milk to make icing. Add cocoanut. Spread on top of cake.
