Cheese Cake

You could use graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 pkg Holland Rusk
• 1/2 c. butter, scant
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 lbs. cottage cheese, without cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/4 pt. cream (1/2 c.)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients of filling and pour into crust. Bake in slow oven for 50-60 mins.
