Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. raw spanish peanuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. butter in pan
Preparation
Step 1
Cook first three ingredients to 238 degrees on candy thermometer. Add peanuts and cook to 290 degrees, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour on greased cookie sheet. Break when cool.
