Quick Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, well-mixed with fork

Preparation

Step 1

Break 1 egg in cup and beat, Fill cup with milk. Mix well and add 2 c. flour and the baking powder sifted together. Put in 3 shallow pans and slice apples on top then cover with topping mixture. Bake in 425 oven until done.
