Cheese Omelet (really an INCREDIBLE souffle'!)

AWESOME!!! It actually turns more into a cheese souffle' that poofs up fairly high and you can add other items to it easily to make a lunch or dinner meal. 5 stars from Shawna Nero Newton.

Ingredients
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 c. soft stale bread crumbs
- 1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients; add yolks of eggs and beat until lemon-colored. Beat egg whites until very stiff then gently FOLD into mixture. Pour into a baking dish and bake 20 mins. in 350 oven.
