Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 lbs. ground pork
- 1/2 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp. each minced green pepper and onion
- 3 sticks celery
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Beat eggs; add soup and milk. Stir oatmeal into liquids and let soak while preparing other ingredients. Mix all together and pack firmly in loaf pan. Bake 2 hours in 350 oven.
