Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground veal
• 1 lb. ground ham
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/4 c. diced green pepper
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 small minced onion
• 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine veal and ground ham. Add and mix remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pack in a greased loaf pan and bake in 350 oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 mins.
