Peach Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole grain oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened canned peaches
  • drizzle maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted nuts of your choice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine oatmeal, chia seeds and peaches in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine the milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour the milk mixture over the oat mixture and put in refrigerator.
2. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and top with the maple syrup and toasted nuts. Warm if desired.
