Top Ramen Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • MAIN INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 sm head of cabbage, shredded
  • 6 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 pkgs top ramen noodles (chicken or beef)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c slivered almonds, toasted
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 c oil
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 top ramen seasoning packets

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Toast almonds and sesame seeds for 12 min, or
until golden. Let cool.
2. In a sm bowl mix all ingredients for dressing.
3. In a lrg bowl mix main ingredients together except top ramen noodles, almonds
and sesame seeds.
4. Combine the dressing with main ingredients.
5. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seeds right before serving.
